These guys are looking for an NED/Chair to help get them ready for an event which is likely to guiding them through a sale
That would likely be a sale, but a raise maybe on the cards also
They have built and scaled the business to $6-8m PA and have used a Florida office as a shell for US sales and trading but that has been challanged so if they raise funds, it would be to pivot to a US operation and trading arm with all the cost and complexity that carries
They also have 2 external firms who would like to buy them and leverage the above, and the Belize arm, to do this themselves but with deeper pockets to make this work
